HOA Covenants
HOA COVENANTS are in essence the rules of your community. Their purpose is to govern and regulate the community with the
ultimate goal of protecting the community values and the resident’s rights to quiet enjoyment of their property. They outline the
rights and obligations of homeowners/residents to the association and vice versa. Covenants are a legal document which
can be legally enforced, so it’s a great document to be familiar with.
